Measure once, wear perfectly. Two easy methods below.
Press a US quarter (24.3 mm wide) flat against your nail bed. Compare the widths — if your nail is the same width as the quarter, you're a size 0. Narrower = higher number. Wider = size 00.
Lay a mm ruler flat across the widest part of your nail bed (right at the base, not the tip). Find that measurement in the chart above to get your size number.
